I dont dual boot operating systems that often, but since installing Windows Vista I have found that I can't edit the booting information, you know the information that says which OS you would like to boot. It appears for some reason, that Microsoft has taken it out of the boot.ini file and it has been replaced by a boot config database that is edited via a command line tool BCDEDIT.

Not sure for the reason behind this, but who knows with Microsoft they seem to do things to please themselves and not care about how we might use it.

Anyway all things aside I came across this little utility and its fantastic, considering that this should have been part of Vista to begin with, but oh well.
