Coldfusion 8 new feature

Now that this has been made public, I can comment on this feature of Coldfusion. One of the things that has annoyed me over the 12 years of developing in Coldfusion is the administrator. Now although I haven't had to much to do with shared hosting I find that this is a very welcome addition.

And what is it you ask, well unless you have been in hiding or not paying attention then this will be news to you. But CF now has username and passwords for the administrator. This is a huge benefit, because in a shared environment and although I haven't played with it much. Should allow us to be able to have access to certain areas of the admin section. but of course this will be up to the people doing the hosting as to what areas we can get access to.

I will say that it is going to be interesting to see how the hosting companies end up adopting this new feature.
