Microsoft - Praise where Praise is due

I had the unfortunate reality of taking my computer in to get repaired, due to the fact that the CPU was overheating way to much.

The short of it was that the tech guy, when pulling the heatsink of to replace pulled the CPU out with it and broke a pin on the CPU. As that CPU is no longer purchasble, negotiations on a new computer begun.

To cut a long story short, I was now faced with a 32bit license of Vista that I thought I could no longer use due to it being an OEM copy. Anyway I rang Microsoft explained the situation to them and, they activated that onto a new computer for me.

Thanks Microsoft, that was very much appreciated.
