Pairing within Eclipse

One of the things that we do often at Aegeon, is pair programming. This has huge advantages, in the development lifecycle.

But there is one downside to this. Others around you can be distracted by the level of noise, and can be a perfomance problem for others trying to concentrate.

While doing a bit of research, I came across this little GEM and I must admit that on the surface it looks good and the thing that would make it stand out, is if the pairing can be done by remote location users as well.
