Well it seems that these guys really don't know what they are doing, or they are just being plan ignorant.Either way, I am feed up with their support.
Ever since they move the server I am hosted onto, over to ColdFusion 8. I have had nothing but problems with them, most of these problem are occuring when I started to use ColdFusion 8 specific functions. Listed on their website is no indication as to why these tags and functions have been sandboxed, nor have they fixed anything in any reasonable time either.
The latest is with the cfimage tag, and is why noone can add comments to my blog. I have been waiting for a week for this to be fixed, and even though I got an email saying it has been fixed. I have yet to seen this fix.
If this is the type of suppoort they offer, then I am blogging this to let others know that you really should stay away from them. I have had minor issues in which they seem to fix, just not in any reasonable time frame. And now that is has been a week, and have given them the link and how to see the problem. It still remains a problem.
I even asked, why is this happening. Is it something that I am doing wrong, or is there something that I can do on my end to fix this problem. Since sending them that email a week ago, I have heard nothing back from them.
Fixed my arse.
