Windows 7 and a nice little gem - Problem Steps Reporter

One of the things that is sometimes hard when dealing with support, is trying to understand what the user does to create an error or problem. The hardest part for us trying to deal with these customers is always the same, trying to understand what they mean when they actually are not sure what they are trying to describe.
So that brings us to this little gem.
The thing that will the most obvious from this little gem, is that we will no longer be sitting there and thinking that we need to see what the user is doing to generate the problem, nor will you be trying to understand what it is they are also trying to describe to you if they are not technically savvy either. So PSR or Problem Steps Recorder is very nifty, and a very hand tool when trying to do any form of technical support to customers.
