Australian Govt to build national broadband network

This is extremely good news to those of us here in Australian, and the one thing that the government should never have done in the first place when selling of the Communication company to the private sector, was to keep control of the infrastructure side of it.
It will be very interesting over time to see how this will pan out, considering that Telstar currently control the infrastructure here in Australia and that means extreme high prices for our Broadband compared to overseas.
