Are you experiencing long load times with ColdFusion Builder 1 or 2?

I noticed something something today that shocked me beyond belief.
For sometime now I have used an Eclipse install and have installed ColdFusion Builder 1, and now ColdFusion Builder 2 beta and got used to the long load times.
But it wasn't CFB1 or CFB2 that was at fault.
I also do some Flash Builder work with my job as well, and since I do not do any Flash Builder stuff at home I decided to remove this from the Eclipse install. And let me tell you I was extremely surprised at the result, not did it load faster, but it was like 10,000% faster.
That's right it was extremely fast.
I got used to CFB loading in around 3-5 minutes, but I did not expect that it would load instantly when I removed the Flash Builder link.
That was a massive increase in loading time, to make me not want to include Flash and CFB in the same install any more. And that I hope that now that Adam is over there that this will hopefully change, until then I am not going to install Flash Builder with CFB any more.
As much as I would like to because it means being able to run both at the same time, debug both at the same time. Be able to write and edit both at the same time, these times prove to me that it is not worth it and that it might be better to just add the extra memory and run two the two separate to each other.
Flash Builder as old as it is in comparison to ColdFusion Builder is not as optimised as it could be in any way shape or form, so I hope Adam addresses this because I would prefer to run one instance of an IDE to do both ColdFusion and Flash and not two.
