ColdFusion Builder 2 hotfix has killed my install.

Well technically it hasn't killed it, but I have had to remove the hotfix, due to it causing more issues than it was suppose to fix. After reading more about the hotfix that was recently released, I decided that it doesn't effect me and I won't be needing it at this point in time.
Before the update I was getting no issues with the Application, and even though I knew it might not effect me I decided to patch it anyway. Well after patching CFB2 I started getting nothing but errors, all relating to the ColdFusion search classes. Easy enough I will just uninstall the hotfix, and under Windows there was a uninstall in the control panel.
If you are extremely lucky you might find that this will be the end of your problems, for me this was not the case as ColdFusion Builder 2 then refused to work at all from this point onwards. The only solution was to uninstall it and reinstall it again to fix the issues, so please be aware that this is a problem when removing the hotfix.

So others can see the error message, this is the only thing that was in the .log file that was created in the ColdFusionBuilder/.metadat directory.
